Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (weekends not included). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Domestic and international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All domestic packages include tracking.
Please note: International orders do not include tracking, and Tangerine Jewelry Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages for either domestic or international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for unworn items are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all custom initial pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, please email us at hello@tangerinejewelryshop.com for the return address. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused and sent back in their original packaging/gift box to prevent damage. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returns and exchanges.
International Taxes & Customs Duties
International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs office.
If you’re unsure about the potential charges in your country, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs agency before placing your order.
